Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack and Ship
Place your unworn sneakers in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
